Notes:

• Low/mid season is 6 April to 27 May, 7 June to 16 July and 6 to 30 September.
• High season is 2 to 5 April, 31 May to 6 June, 17 July to 26 August and 30 Aug to 5 September.
• Peak BH is Late May & August Bank Holidays - 28 to 30 May and 27 to 29 August. Peak BH charges will not apply to stays of 1 week or longer.
• Showers and hot water included.
• Gazebos and extra cars must not take up the space of another pitch during high season.
• Late May and August Bank Holiday weekends – reservations made for 3 nights minimum.
• We regret that we cannot reserve specific pitches or groups of adjacent pitches during high season and Bank Holidays.
• Our serviced All-weather touring pitches in the valley are also available to tents from 30 April (longer tent pegs needed).
• Electricity supply is 10A and household appliances e.g. heaters and high speed kettles will cause power failure. Low power rated appliances must be used.
• Very large or multi-pod tents may not fit our electric and serviced pitches. Please check.
• Please use our booking form to secure a pitch after first checking availability.
• Limited facilities (toilets only) in the valley during low-mid season. Full facilities at lower block at all times.
• Part season pitches for touring caravans from 29 April to 30 September. Details available on request.

• See booking form on our website for information about advance booking of pitches. Payment for your stay should be made on arrival at reception. Please keep your payments in advance to avoid embarrassing situations.
• As tents are becoming increasingly larger we have to limit their number and size during high season. Tents measuring more than 6m wide and large multi pod tents cannot be accommodated at that time. During low and mid-season we can accommodate large tents on the open field but they may not fit our electric hook-up pitches and some parts of the knoll.
• You are welcome to have day visitors but we make a small charge to cover use of our facilities.
• All serviced and electric pitches must be vacated by 11am during high season. At other times, it can be later.
• Barcdy is a very quiet park where families and couples come for peaceful relaxation and a good night's sleep. Rowdiness and loud talking or music is not acceptable here at any time of the day or night. Please do not choose our park if it is not your type of place.
• We do not accommodate groups of young people because our expectations regarding noise would be too much to expect of them. The only exceptions are Duke of Edinburgh Award students who are always tired and fall asleep very quickly!
• Children are welcome to bring bicycles with them as long as they take care around the park and do not ride near the toilet buildings.
• Dogs - We made the very difficult decision to exclude dogs from the touring caravan and camping fields mainly in the interest of cleanliness. The benefits have been greatly appreciated by our customers. The dogs of any visitors to the park will not be allowed on these fields either, inside cars or otherwise. If your visitors cannot avoid bringing a dog their car, with dog inside, must be parked near Reception during the visit. Please ask us for guidance.
• Speed limit on the park is 10 mph and it is paramount for everyone’s safety and peace of mind that this is respected.
• Barbecues are allowed but please do not burn the grass or picnic tables. Campfires are not allowed. .
