We do not have a shop here at Barcdy. We believe in supporting local shops and businesses and we give you some examples:
Penryhndeudraeth:
1 Mile - Spar, Chinese takeaway, Kebab & Burger shop
Porthmadog:
5 miles - Tesco, Aldi and Lidl as well as many other small street shops, post office and banks
Barcdy has 40 fully serviced all-weather touring pitches. There are also 55 generous sized for tents, some of which have electric hook-up points. These are spread over a large area extending in all to approximately 12 acres, so you will never feel hemmed-in or overcrowded.
The grounds, which include a further 28 acres or so of open field and natural oak woodland, are a haven to wildlife including badgers, owls and many migratory birds and there is plenty of room to wander at leisure in peace and quiet.
We are sorry that dogs cannot be accommodated.
Barcdy is ideally located for exploring Snowdonia and the rest of North Wales.
